Hi Kelly, first of all thank you very much for accessing this project, "Cartoonists around the world".
A project where I seek to investigate the work of the artists.

1- Tell me who Kelly is, where she comes from, where she is, where she is going and expects from life.

1.  I am a cartoonist living in  Philadelphia. I also work part time for UPS. I'd like to get into tattooing or airbrush work at some point.
1. Soy un dibujante que vive en Filadelfia.
También trabajo a tiempo parcial para UPS.

2- What comes first to your life, music or drawing?

2. Life comes first, which is why I keep a part time job.

3- I see that you have a definite style, since when do you personify animals?
Any character resembles you?

3. Maybe because I'm a vegetarian haha. Sometimes the devil characters resemble my struggle with survere  anxiety

4- There is a lot of symbology in your illustrations: stars, anchors, military helmets, leather jackets, syringes, tobacco, knives ... what do they represent for you?
4- Hay mucha simbología en tus ilustraciones: estrellas, anclas, cascos militares, chaquetas de cuero, jeringas, tabaco, cuchillos ... ¿qué representan para ti?

4. My boyfriend works out at sea which is where the anchors come from, leather jackets for the punk scene, syringes for the drug epidemic, cigs for stress, knives mean life is pain.
4. Mi novio trabaja en el mar, de donde provienen las anclas, las chaquetas de cuero por la escena punk, jeringas para la epidemia de drogas, cigarrillos para el estrés, cuchillos significan que la vida es dolor.

5- Do your characters have a name?

5. I never named my characters.

6- some of them are definitely punks.

8. I don't go to many shows , maybe Watain. They bathe their clothes pigs blood before a set.

11- how is the Underground scene of your city?
And what bands do you recommend from your environment?

11.  I dont go to shows anymore since I quit drinking.
11. Ya no voy a espectáculos desde que dejé de beber.

12- drugs, sex or eroticism and the destroy attitude, are fundamental in the image you represent in your drawings?

12.  Yeah to keep things dirty and rough

13- where have your illustrations been exhibited?

13. Local bars, galleries, coffee shops. Some left in places I forgot to pick them up from.

14- Are there people who are offended by your illustrations or with you because of your style?
14- ¿Hay personas que se ofenden por tus ilustraciones o contigo por tu estilo?

14. Yeah I used to be alot more insensitive

15- how would your life be without art and music?
15- ¿Cómo sería tu vida sin arte y música?

15. I prolly wouldn't be broke but I would prolly be boring 😂
15. Yo no estaría en bancarrota y probablemente estaria muy aburrida.
